Marty Miley
President
Marty is the President of Beaufort Construction of SC, LLC (BCSC). He brings knowledge of the construction industry from his education and position as Sr. Project Manager for Beaufort Construction, Inc. (BCI) where he started working in 1999.
Marty oversees the day to day operations of BCSC. He also handles estimating, contract negotiations with owners and subcontractors, scheduling, pay applications, submittals, ordering of materials, and any other duties required in making all the company projects successful. His knowledge and experience brings value to our clients, thus ensuring projects are brought in on time and under budget. Marty has also completed several projects with CDBG & USDA funding, and is familiar with the paperwork process and documentation required for these types of projects.
He grew up in Hampton County and is a graduate of Wade Hampton High School. He has been in the construction industry most of his life working during the summer for his father’s plumbing company, through high school, and college where he graduated with an Architectural Engineer degree.
Marty enjoys hunting, fishing and being on the water with friends and family.

Paul Webb
Vice President
Paul is the Vice President of Beaufort Construction of SC, LLC (BCSC) and also serves as the Sr. Job Superintendent. He brings knowledge of the construction industry from his position as Sr. Job Superintendent for Beaufort Construction, Inc. (BCI) where he started working in 2008.
Paul manages on-site job operations. He coordinates and oversees subcontractors, BCSC employees, and ensures safety compliance. He places orders for materials and equipment, and follows project timelines and budgets. Paul also generates field reports and RFIs and works with inspection authorities.
Paul was born and raised in Beaufort, SC. He graduated from Beaufort High School and then attended the University of South Carolina. Paul graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the Moore School of Business. In his free time, he enjoys boating, fishing and being outdoors.

Leith Webb
Project Manager/Estimator
Since December of 2019, Leith has served as Project Manager/Estimator at Beaufort Construction of SC, LLC (BCSC). Leith has 40 years experience in the construction industry. In 1996 he was co-founder/co-owner of Beaufort Construction, Inc.
As Project Manager, Leith handles estimating, contract negotiations with owners and subcontractors, scheduling, pay applications, submittals, ordering of materials, and other duties required in making his projects successful. His vast knowledge and experience brings value to BCSC in making sure projects are brought in on time and under budget.
Leith was born and raised in Beaufort, SC. He graduated from Beaufort Academy and attended the University of South Carolina. Leith enjoys hunting, shrimping, fishing and being on the water.
